Get code here. This zip file comes with example code and an example .htaccess file. It should be pretty self-explanatory, but please contact Gabe Wachob if you have questions.

It has the same philosophy as AuthSrv, but hasn't been well tested or confirmed to be conformant. PyAuthSrv does not do lookahead resolution.
