You are correct we are building an XRI resolver for PHP and definitely
plan integrate with JanRain's PHP OpenID library. The full plan is to
offer a comprehensive toolset to help PHP developers easily integrate
using XRI in their projects.
While this project is designed to be complementary to openXRI in all
aspects (os license, objects, getters/setters, etc.). I would like to
keep it as a separate project for now, while ensuring interoperability
and user expectations.
As I said I'm very excited about the use of XRI and look forward to
being an active contributor.
Thanks,
Nika
