[Dev] getting a sip SEP to work

First, Owen: I know it sounds flaky but Les is right -- you've just hit a
known bug in xri.net that we've been waiting to fix until WD11 is done.
We're almost there...

Second: Les, I noticed you cc'd dev at inames.net. I didn't receive the message
there, in fact, I just noticed I've only received two messages there ever.
Is there something wrong w/my account there?

I forget the exact details of this bug but it has to do with service
selection. I forget if it is because of service priority or
<Path match="default"/> in the forwarding service. When Wil returns
from vacation this weekend he can shed some light on this.

In anycase the solution should be available in the next few weeks as
WD11 winds down. In the mean time if you want to do what I did you
should remove the forwarding service, I don't use it. Or put your sip
service in your forwarding service.
