[Dev] getting a sip SEP to work

I was hoping the fix would be that easy!
Unfortunately that doesn't work. :-(
http://xri.net/=ly/(+call)
behaves identically to
http://xri.net/=ly/+call
while what i want is behavior like
http://beta.xri.net/=ly/+call
